I should like to present my second diorama in 1/16.
It shows a little scene one morning in winter 1942.
Viele Grüße
Frank

Hi,
wirklich absolut lebensechte Szenerie!
40x30cm ?
viele Grüße
Thomas

Thanks to all for the nice feedback.
@ Thomas: Das Diorama misst 60 x 40 cm. Also ein wenig größer, als Du geschätzt hast.

Hi Frank,
Excellent rendering and you managed to capture the cold feel and burning logs very well. Great work. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much.
The base was much easier to build than the base of my other diorama. Also published in this forum.
I've needed 8 Hours only.
The painting of the T34 was more complex.
The masking I've made with sugar. But it was very difficult to remove. Now I would take salt or hairspray.
The effekt should be the same.
Best regards
Frank

Thank you for the great feedback :-)
But I was not really satisfied with my work after a while.
The tank seams not dirty enough.
So I decided to treat the tank with pigments and oil paint once more.
Here are the Pictures:
and here without diorama (Sorry, the light wasn't good)
