I am looking for the tracks that the M2A3 Bradley was equipped with. Are they the same as the late M2s?

Yes, the tracks are the later square pad type in use since the mid-'90s. They are used on M2/M3 Bradleys, LVTP7s/AAVPs, MLRS, CV-90, etc.
AFV Club's "Big Foot" tracks are a good set to use.
