i need help can u use tamyia arclyics to dry brush,
cause my hobby shop did not have the humbrol panzer sand that i need.
so i got tamyia paint can u use this paint to dry burush i know this is a dumb thing to ask.
so plz i need to know

As acrylics dry so fast, it may cause more problems than what it may help. I have never brush painted with acrylics so cannot offer good advice here, but cant imagine it being easy. If you normally paint with humbrol and are missing a colour, dont worry too much .... get something similar and lighten it or darken it appropriatly and use that. As your dry brush colour is usually lighter than the base, it shouldnt be too hard to get something to suit. A mixture of a few colours can easily replicate any of the humbrol range.

Actually, I use Tamiya to dry brush all the time. Pretty much the only paint I use. I never had a problem with it- hope this helps you :-)

I use Tamiya paints to drybrush all the time and have been doing so for years....go ahead and use your Tamiya paints.....don't let anyone deter you.
