Can someone tell me what this says in English, "Mockba Kapakym"
It is on the back of a WW2 GAZ AAA. I think the first word is Moscow but the second I don't recognize. Thanks.

Yes, first word is Moscow. The second word is Karakum. This is Karakum Desert.
