Thank You Darren !
Very well written. I hope Bronco keeps up making kits that are not from the major players of WWII. I wish I didn't have so many kits in the queue. I would go out and get this one ASAP !
Thanks again ! Tom

When the after market companies catch up with this kit it will really benefit with all the hatches. This kit just cries out for an interior.

With only 1 left is in existence, reference for the aftermarket folks might be kinda hard to find.

Nice review, Darren. It's good to see other nationalities, there were other vehicles besides just the German ones fighting for the Axis. Starting to see more large scale planes with alternative markings. We've seen the Italian Fascists represented for years, and a smattering for Finnish vehicles.

Jesse in the instruction booklet there is a list of people who helped with the data for the model and so I believe contacting them will get the needed info, I also suspect they would be only too willing to help with the chance of an interior and engine in the offing.

Thanks for the well detailed review Darren!

The guys referred on the last page are one of the biggest Hungarian modeller enthusiasts, so I guess they can provide info about the interior as well.

Just one little mistake to correct in the review (hopefully there will be more and more english reference as the new Hungarian subject hit the market), the Zrinyi was not produced in the Skoda factory, but was produced in Hungary. The base of the vehicle was a czech construction, the Skoda T-21 tank, which was modified for Hungarian needs, and built as Turan, and it was converted to a very successful assault gun, the Zrinyi.

There is a good book Magyar Steel with some images of Zrinyi and info about it.

Istvan, is it correct that it was painted OD as per Bronco's manual?

1710 is equivalent to XF13 of XF27 and 1711 is equivalent to XF62 of XF51... that's kinda unclear

guys, anyone interested deeper for this topic, here's a link for a Hungarian forum:
http://www.makett.org/index.php/topic,4844.0.html

google translate helps...
and many of those guys enumerated on Bronco's reference are members on this forum. I think they'll be helpful.

An exciting subject! Thank goodness it is not another Tiger or Panther! It looks like a well molded model, too. It is great for the Axis Minor countries to finally have their vehicles and other subjects modeled.

Really nice work Roman. Maybe you should add a bit more dust on the tracks, they look too clean. Well, just my humble opinion.

Thanks, Jacob. I updated the images in my blog with a Hungarian figure from Radek Pituch.
