Hi all
This is Trumpeters BTR-40 fresh from the paint booth.
A fairly straight forward kit with a few photo etched parts and rubber tyres. I added a wire antenna but if I'm not mistaken there are not a radio set included in the kit. The only setback during the build were that a glued joint between the left windscreen/left door came loose during the painting.
The model is painted with Gunze acrylics and weathered with oil paints/white spirits.
Kind regards
/Tomas

Very realistic looking model, the weathering is great as is the interior. Goes to show you dont need to throw PE at a model for it to look great

Nice!
The vehicle's left side (blade below) of the tensioner assembly of iron-why do not you black?
It's not made of wood, but not too rusty to be so.
Saw Shovel handle and birch wood (pre-), not painted, just let it go in flax oil, lighter, yellowish color.

Hi all
Thanks for your kind words.
Juhász: Thanks, I didn't know the usage for the bar, but is it
a tensioning lever then it's naturally not made of wood.
Helpful input from you as always.
