I had seen and old post in the site about decal uniforms that was printed for 1/35 scale figures. I am going to start some figures for the first time and wonder if the decal uniform is still in business.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean camo pattern decals, you should look at Shinsengumi Decals.

It depends on when you want your figures to depict. There aren't really many digital uniforms used by the US Military.
USMC MARPAT digital uniforms were being fielded in 2003 about the time of the invasion of Iraq. Marines could be seen in either Desert MARPAT or 3-color DCUs. The MARPAt uniforms have upper sleeve and lower calf pockets. DCUs do not have these.
Desert MARPAT
3-color DCU
There is also Woodland MARPAT
For the Army, we were a little slower on the digital ACUs (ACU is actually the cut, the camo pattern is called UCP - Universal Camo Pattern). They were first worn by Stryker Soldiers going into Iraq in late '05 and early '06. On April 30 '08, all other uniforms were declared obsolete and only the digital ACUs could be worn past that date. ACUs also have the upper arm and lower calf pockets as well.
UCP ACUs
At about the same time as the UCPs were being fielded, the Multi-Cam pattern was being fielded for A'stan only and are still worn there today. They are not a digital pattern, closer to older Woodland camo, but are current.
The USN and USAF have their goofy versions too...'nuf said.
USAF Tuger Stripe Air Battle Uniform on old-cut BDUs, with green boots. What the heck!??
And so the Navy blends in with the waves while on ship...

Were can I buy these decals but trying to find them to buy haven't had any luck even on ebay. I will be buying a pattern used for ODS and OIF an OEF period era around start-present.Even a pattern in Afghanistan.
A list would be helpful of who used what and when would be amazingly helpful. I need to get out of this modeling funk I'm in. I love this hobby but my ODS Abrams has just been sitting on the workbench for weeks maybe modeling a figure would help.
Are they the same as putting on any other decals or is there a special way to put these figure uniforms on figures. I never did the uniform decal. I would appreciate any information would help tremendously in getting me back into modeling.
