Upon Being asked why he was being pushed back by a "Comonwealth" division at El Alamein, Rommel replied,
"it is not a Commonwealth division, it is an Australian Division, why, give me 2 Australian Divisions and i will conquer the world for you!"

Incredible camouflage ! Nobody could suspect these are US soldiers. They completely blend into the Bagdad background. Wow !
I can't but suspect these guys are really having FUN with this ?!
Who the hell is General Failure, and why was he reading my hard disk ?
Where's my funky Iraqi general rank that was here on my profile a few years ago? Did they strip my rank, after all I've done for this forum ? Robbery!!

In reference to this photo, please see my previous post on the deployment of the first Stryker Battalion to Iraq. This is in fact a Stryker variant which slipped through the congressional procurements commitee (friday afternoon at 18.30). For those of you who do not have fluent Arabic, the words on the sidecar read: YOU SENT IT, SO NOW WE'LL DAMN WELL USE IT!
The question this begs, that if this is now an 'official' variant does the Pentagon accept PayPal? If this is official, i'm gonna send them a few bucks to buy something a bit more discreet.... Jim #:-)

A little gaudy for my taste but what a way to travel!
There is only two kinds of fires. Those that use less than 500 gallons of water too extinguish and those that use WAY MORE!

For those wishing to model this vehicle, Airfix had a model of a model of a m/c with sidecar, as an added bonus you get Wallace and Gromit as passengers...Jim #:-)
