Hey guys ,, Need some help here ... trying to find pics of this vehicle ,,i have found a couple and they are helpful but only a little bit helpful
So if there is anyone ( Frenchy or Mauro ) who might have some other pics of this machine it would be seriously helpful .

Phil,

I've got a couple additional shots not found online. They show the ammo linkages from the .50 cals, but little else. That turret is definitely a challenge!

Been trying to figure out how best to build it too.

Jon if you could get copies of those on here that would be brilliant ,,because that is one part which would come in very handy indeed ,,got no idea how the .50's are mounted so those pics would be super useful .

I am good at figuring out how to build annoying things and after today i am a freckin master at it ..two big car jobs in one day ,,one cam belt and one head unit and both a huge pain in the mid part of the human body .
Thank god tomorrow is Monday

Frenchy ,, mate what can i say .. came to the party and brought the best present
That pic is brilliant and that alone is gonna make my job ten times easier .
Now i got to order a 40mm Bofors barrel ..or might just get a entire gun and do what ever i can to give the turret an interior .
Oh well we'll see what happens

You're welcome Phill. Taking a look at Frank LeMay's build may help as well...

I've sent the refs that I've got to Frank for his build and man, he's amazing! I'll be back in the office tomorrow and will see what I can dig up. There are two photos in one of our books in the office. Can't remember the exact title, but it is a book on US Army Armament Mounts. IIRC it has shots of the feed systems and mounts for both left and right .50s.

I'm taking careful notes and will see if the Ordnance Museum has any references to the T52. I was hoping that they actually still had a T52, a T69 and a T77 in their collection that could accompany the 11 pieces I'm getting from them, but no such luck.

Also, note that the T52 has an early M4A2 hull with the direct vision slots.

Stay tuned!

Frenchy ,,Jon ,, Thanks a heap guys
Looking at that link you gave me Frenchy that turret won't be all that hard to make and if Jon can flick me some pics of that feed system and mountings for the 50's this machine is going to be a pleasure to build ,,least i know i have the .50's for this build ..i think i have like 40 spear ones

I've been thinking about doing it in 48th for a while. Frank and I were talking back and forth a bit over it, and I think I've got a good solution for the turret. Just need to man up, get the Gaso.line Bofors kit again, get the Tank Workshop M4A2 upper hull with vision slots and have at it.
