As of right now, neither BAE, nor GDLS has filed a protest. Given their virtual "ownership" in the combat vehicle arena (as opposted to tactical vehicles), even if they did, I'd be surprised if it was allowed. And people wonder why DoD Acquisition takes so long and is so expensive.........
