I'm looking for anything (photos, and epecially drawings etc., maybe from a manual) of Humvee Stinger Carrier version . I've got this photo:

from Concord book "HMMWV Workhorse of the US Army", 3 others from Verlinden's "M998 HMMWV Hummer and Derivatives" and some such small that they're not worth mentioning. Any help appreciated

Bur anything more still wanted. A construction of a frame at the back is a great mystery for me...

Information on this setup is likely contained in the Stinger related field manuals for the early 1990s. The mid-1980s manuals still show the team vehicle as being the M151A2 truck/M416 trailer combination, though they mention the plan to replace them with the HMMWV. By 1995, the Avenger system had been introduced.

Did you ever have any luck with the Stinger "Shark Cage"?
