My apologies but I just realized that there are audio issues with the German staff car video. About half way through. I will try to reshoot this one if I can.

hey Jim what you failed to state for the german repair crew was, the set does NOT come with the transmission or the inner tube........

Thanks for pointing that out. From what they show on the back of the box (and the lack of the plastic) I think you are correct. Odd omission considering it is shown in the artwork and on the completed pieces.
