I have added the country/region selection to the link addition process. This will allow for eventually pulling up regional links for users by their country/region.

Please only submit links with regional info if it seems to make sense. Technically a hobby retailer in Europe would probably benefit by this, but a site with reference material for a Tiger tank would not. Make sense?
