Well, got a lot of work done on my BlackHawk. I finished the interior, but I still need to add some gear and stuff. As you can see, I also managed to close up the fuselage halves and started adding the exterior photo etch.
Questions are always welcomed.

Looking awesome Pete. The interior looks great. I like the coloring and little bits like the bungees.
One possible issue I see though. Is it going to be a DAP? If so, you should have used the shorter, single-point ESSS wings. The US Army doesn't use the dual-point ESSS on DAPS since they become overloaded and effect flight characteristics negatively. The only time the dual-point ESSS wings are used is with the 240 gal external fuel tanks on the outside hard-points.

Gino,
Would it be realistic to add the fuel tanks and either the rocket pods or the helfire missiles and call it a DAP? If so, that is what I was planing to do.
I found this picture Gino and the caption said it was from the 160th SOAR.

That pic is of a Sikorsky test/demonstration aircraft. The 160th SOAR doesn't use the dual-point ESSS, nor does any other US military unit. Sorry.

Got it sir. But you did say it would be ok to use the double ESS if I use the drop tanks, correct? if not, I should be able to get them off and use to single ones.

looking good. I don't know about the technical stuff (I had to look up what SOAR even is!), but as a piece of historical art, it looks great. I've got to say, I was glad to see the sloppy glue in the first picture. Makes me feel a bit better about myself. One question. Are you going to finish painting the instrument panel wiring or is it going to remain a mix of gray/black and white? Thanks.

Love it so far Pete, especially those little details like the Army log/dispatch book. Awesome.

I would remove and swap them out for the singles. The external fuel tanks are not usually used on aircraft equipped with the refueling boom and internal aux tanks.
