Are T62 type tracks similar to the ones used on D Day for the Sherman DD and Crab tanks?

I have a Osprey reference book for the Sherman Crab that, in a caption notes that 79th Armored used an amphibious relevant track and I feel the T62 type are closest to the ones used on the LCVs and Buffalo vehicles.

Thanks much.

The T 62 is most commonly associated with Chrysler built M4A4's so are correct for 90% of Cradbs which were built on the M4A4. As for DD's it depends on the actual DD type. The British and Canadians used a variety of DD types with M4A1 and M4A4 being used on DD. FOr the M4A4 based DD the T 62's would be fine but most of the M4A1 ones I have seen had T54 tracks.
The Buffalo uses a completely different sort of track however which has not even the slightest similarity to any Shewrman basedtrack. It is more like a large meccano set made up of plates with protruding cleats in a S type configuration.
