This is an old model, I built it in 2009. Before I write anything else, I feel that I have to give credit to the good people in modelclub dot gr, who helped me A LOT with their constructive comments, ideas and advice during this build. Without them, I would never be able to achieve this result.
This is the kit: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=35281 and I think it's a piece of art!!!
As you can imagine, the construction was very easy. I used Hycote white primer for the driver's/fighting compartment:
Then I painted it using Tamiya's XF-63:
and then tried some fading, but... oops:
A couple of very light coats of XF-63 later, it looked like this:
Decals:
(This little guy here was deployed in Greece, according to Tamiya's references.)
A "family" picture, between two fellas that I had built before and they do not exist anymore:
And a little bit of dusting:
After that, I decided to lay a German flag on the tower, as a means of identification.
Milliput to the rescue!
I used AutoCAD to design the flag, then printed on masking tape, cut the masts, painted on the dried milluput.
Aaaand:
And from now on, it was all about weathering (oil filters, pin wash, chipping with black and a lighter grey, some more dusting and rust stains).
Thanks again for your time!
As always, I will be around for discussion.
Thanks again!

Thanks Greg. If you want, I can send you the cad file or pdf it, if it's easier for you.
