This is a genuine cry for help. The other day I saw on a site a list of the names that Future is sold under in different countries. Guess what, it isn't sold at all here in Spain so I am asking (the europeans) if there is any substitute they know of (especially the Portugese modellers) and who makes it....Thanks, Jim

Jim,
have you got any relatives/friends in the UK? If so you can ask them to ship you a bottle of Johnsons "Klear". Including shipping costs, half a liter is still cheaper than 2 tiny jars of Tamiya's clear gloss...

Hiya Jim,
I was in the same situation... except I don't have any family in the UK and the shipping would be much more expensive.
I found a local product that does the job just fine - found it in th floors section of a hardware store. Just as for something for polishing lino floors
Cheers,
Cokes.

Please indluge me here, Gents:
May I know the ingedients of Future/Kleer?
I just want to compare notes. Future/Kleer is not available in my country. But we do have Wipe and Shine, also made by SC Johnson. I just want to know if the ingredients in the former is the same as the latter here.
My many thanks.
Ron

Hi 4-Eyes71
I just went to look for the ingredients listed on my bottle of Future and it has none. I guess it must be a secret? LOL
In the U.S. the consumer gets no respect and and Big Business runs this country. They do as they please. All I can say is write Johnson & Johnson Inc. " A Family Company" (there slogan) Sorry guy I tried!

Surprised you dont have it in OZ Cokes, my bottle of Klear, purchased in my local supermarket, says 'Made in Australia'!
It also says I have to use it by Nov 2003 so it may self-destruct any day.
Regards Dave
