Having reviewed and built the original Dragon release of a 1/72 Panzer IIIN, I was most interested to read about this one. Your review is quite informative and concise but I was disappointed to read that Dragon is still having problems with their instructions. I liked the way that you summarized all the discrepancies at the end of the article and your build turned out great!
For the sake of any future builders, I thought I'd present a picture of the lower rear hull plate location (Part A5) as it appears in kit #7386 instructions.

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. Thank for posting the pic of the directions you had too. I think we all end up a bit complacent with the discrepancies within the instructions so it's not that big of a shock most of the time. It's nice to be able to find out before you start, where these discrepancies are. I only hope the list and your picture will help someone when building this nice little model!!
