Dear Jim
"Frituur Zorro" indicates a name of a mobile french fries shop, called "Zorro".
The Dutch "Frituren" stands for "To Fry". Though the word "Frituur" is actually used more often in Belgium since the Dutch use the word "Friettent". Which is, by the way, a sloppy word. The word "Friettent" is a kind of degrading word for a snack corner.
