Here is another tutorial that shows a very easy technique, using washing machines soup to imitate a spoiled camouflage.

a very interesting and simple technique. would this work with enamel paint?
just one minor correction (as it confused me). the word should SOAP not SOUP (you eat SOUP - mushroom is very nice, but wash with SOAP).
I know what you meant and it does not detract from a great effect...
ADDITIONALLY - like the quick rust product - dont think I have ever seen that before, may have to look it up.... :

These are truly interesting techniques (refering also to the previous one with white-wash removed with water).
My only thought would be regarding how the water would effect (for example) painted interiors. Chances are that the droplettes would leave marks in the paintwork that would be difficult to remove on an interior? Also, if the interiors have been weathered, then this technique would not be applicable.
Having said that, I love the simplicity of the techniques, the results are fantastic and definitily worth trying!
Thanks for the great tips.! :-)

Well, your technique...tastes good
In my opinion it would be perfect for a convinching chipping, so I'd put the soap only on the vehicles edges. It seems to me a bit too heavy for the entire model. Anyway, thanks a million for sharing your tips

Another nice tutorial Federico; a little more precise than the last one you posted.

Interesting technique to say the least. I just might give it a try, but rather then dunking the whole model in water, just gently wash the areas I've applied soap to with a large brush.
