I find Mini Art figures to look larger than 1/35th scale when placed on vehicles. They appear to look like giants. MasterBox figures, by comparison look more in scale. I am impressed with the variety and drama of Mini Art subjects I just wish I could use them on armour kits give the upcoming release of the gargantuan Japanese tankers. Or is it just my perscription needs tinkering?

A lot of the early MiniArt figure sets are indeed very big. Height ways they are not too bad, but it is body-bulk that is the main problem. I used some of them in a diorama together with Tristar figures, and they had to be kept well seperated, as the bulk was so noticeable. I attempted to use Hornet heads with them as well, but tyhe heads looked wrong .... they just didnīt suit the body size, so I ended up just using the kit heads (very nice details on these).
I cannot speak for their recent sets.
