This is my first topic started. Here are some WIP photos of an M1126 ICV I've been working on. The reason why the quality is so poor is becuase I had someone else take the photos.

Hi Aaron and welcome to Armorama.
Looks ver nice so far, but better photos would probably do it more justice. But from what i can see clearly i like it. As you say it's a WIP I presume those straps will get painted?
Good Luck with the finishing and please post more (clearer) photos

The straps have been painted, and I've taken some better photographs.

This AFV Club kit went together fairly easily. The only thing I wish I would've done differently is paint the rear of the periscopes amber and masked the front off during painting. Although the MGS I've been working on has been painted that way. On a side note,do you know of anyone that sells the crossdelta BDU decals?

Much better pics Aaron...and really nice work! I do like these Strykers
Looking forward to seeing your 1128. Only 8 more to go after that
Luckymodel have some of the crossdelta camo decals in stock...depends on what pattern you are looking for. They're a good and trusted site....just do a search on here and you'll find lots of recommendations for them.

Thanks for the site. I just bought 2 sets of decals. I'm also working on a stand for the Strykers. I already have the modern streetlight built, and I'm working on a raised island section to represent the curbing. Fine grit sandpaper will serve as the road surface with markings painted on top. I was even thinking about getting an orange LED and remaking the streetlight hollow so I could fit the wiring and light inside and turn it into an actual light. Then the plan would be to take a photo with just that light on in the dark. Of course, where would you find an LED and battery setup small enough to fit? I'll see about taking photos of the lightpost with the island.

At Radio Shack. They have all sizes of LEDs, battery packs, etc.
The Stryker is looking good. You will get more responses and suggestions if you include the actual picture in your post though. All you have to do is copy the http... code od the pic and place it between the image tags which come up when you click on the [ i m g] button below the poste box when composing your message.
By the way, the right rear tire looks off-kilter. You might want to try and straighten it up a bit.

It seems I've reached the maximum data amount for my album. I've also tried to create accounts with other sites photobucket and imageshack, and they don't seem to allow me to show the images. There's only an X where the photo should be.

If you have a Yahoo account just go with Flickr. It's very easy to use and it saves your pics. After you upload your photos it's very easy to share them with the BBCode option.
Personally, I've never had a success with both imageshack and photobucket.

Let's see how Flickr works. The first picture is actually the stand for the Stryker. It has a modern scratchbuilt sodium oxide lamp.

Success! Finally! Here's another picture of the Stryker with the wheel fixed. I still have to add the backpacks to the sides. I've ordered the Crossdelta BDU decals, and I should recieve them any day now.
I'm going to take some more recent photos of the street and post them.

Here are some more WIP photos of the scene.
I have yet to secure down the road surface. I was thinking, though, of making another scene with a Las Vegas style right-turn stoplight
