The only german helmet decals I have are some ancient tamiya's that are gigantic on a helm.
I have a life size helm that I just measured the height of one of the decals, 1.5 inches tall....
I can't find any locally and must resort to the interweb. One nice person is selling some Lion Roars's with a scale next to them in a photo. It looks to me that they are about 1.75 mm tall. This translates after some math/conversion to 2.4 inches tall life size.
I don't have any to acually measure though so it's a guess though. So... if you have some lionroar, archer, etc. brand could you measure them for me? I would appriciate it.

The larger 'shield' icons are a hair over 1mm ; you can resize this image on your screen until the rulers match true scale for the different variants:
or pm me your e~mail and I can forward the full size scan.
Good luck; my eyes are too weak to know for sure, but you're right : some things still 'look' wrong . . . mind you, every manufacturer seems to scale their figures differently (the trick, someone said, is to have them all wearing the same gear from the same manufacturer for comparison' sake when you employ differently 'scaled' figures)

Thanks guys!
Aftragstaktik, great pic, I was able to zoom in on it and they look to measure more to my taste. I'll experiment with your suggestion of sticking with the same manufacturer. That does make sense. Otherwise, you have helped Lionroar make a sale!
