A good use for obsolete drawing tools.
I have alot of such drawing templates- circles, ellipses, logic symbols, electrics, etc, that were quite expensive for a student 40 years ago.

I have a pair that I use for all my road wheels. A note of advice, however. Keep the holes cleaned after using. Otherwise over time you'll build up paint and it becomes very difficult to get a good clean "mask fit".

I've always wondered about using these, I'll pick one up and give it a go.

I have one similar to this, but the holes are .5-1mm difference for the size I need.
