Great job so far.
I built a BVM Husky conversion myself and cutting the lower hull was a bit scaring as it was a no return operation.
The details you added are really nice.

Coming along nicely, but I don't think you should add mesh/screen to the grills. I have never seen them with mesh over them, just the slats visible.

Correct....there should be no mesh over the air intake grills on any of the AVGPs.

@Olivier Yes cutting the hull is the scariest part of the job. I saw your build and it is awsome.
