hi all you need is a multi turreted leather punch and some clear plastic sheet , trick is to put cardboard at the rear of the plastic and bring the punch down in one hard pull of levers , it cuts it out with no frosting , place a similar sized punch piece of aluminium foil in head light , then clear lense on top , no painting it is true reflector . cheers ian

Clear Lenses(Optics),
I use several different methods. #1MV lenses, #2drill out light or lens and fill w/ water based glue,(which dries clear).#3 clear polyester resin, #4 clear acetate from squadron cut to fit. But I never paint the solid plasti kit representation w/ light blue paint like some others do. THE FOX
