Just hope it comes out very soon!

Finally. Trumpeter seems to just keep giving. A BMP-2, T-72, T-80, Shilka, ZSU-57-2, BRDM-1, T-44, T-54/5, MT-LB, Nona, BMD, Gvozdika, BM-21, TOS and Ural would be nice.
Thanks for bringing the good news.

The 2s3 looks very similar to that Chinese SPG you did 10 years ago.

I am very excited for this kit. What model in particular does this kit represent? I'm hoping it's applicable to the type used in Afghanistan.

No, the chassis and turret of the chinese "Type-83" is a chinese product, not a copy of a soviet one.
But the chinese version of the (soviet) 152mm D-20 gun was one of the originally soviet products.

I just posted in my site a large walkaround of the 2S3 which is displayed at the Saumur tank museum.
Could useful to detail this coming kit when it reaches the shelves.

You're right Dishmodels WA are great. On a side note, the 2S3s displayed on both WA are not identical.
So we need to wait for the release of Trumpeter's kit to see which one will be the most useful.
