Some finishing touches still needed including figures. I can't decide between using the Cast48 Russian female traffic control officer (Gaz with map and samovar) talking to a female Russian medic (Gaz with Red Cross), or, have the crouching figure from Tamiya's Russian infantry set behind the Gaz with the samovar and calling the scene Lunch, Interrupted. The samovar is from an online dollhouse accessories company and the map is from Unicorn Models (Belgium). The Red Crosses are from Archer Fine transfers. Both vehicles have benefitted from Hauler PE.

Thanks Chris. I would like to make more dioramas with a samovar included, such as Russian mechanics working on a tank with a samovar on a table in the background, but they are $10 each.

Very nice work Glenn!

I just got a resin CMK-origin GAZ at the Quebec show: A useful type for Russian aircraft dio.

You sure work fast these days...

Gaston, these were completed in the summer. I loaded up my photobucket account with many pics of various projects and I post them sporadically just to keep up with the hobby. I am not doing any modelling at the present, but when I am able to get back to it, I want to do some Operation August Storm dioramas. Having the diorama set in Manchuria 1945 opens up great combination possiblities such as a Gaz 67b with Kurogane, T-34/85 with komatsu bulldozer, etc.
