If just picked up this new set thats been realsed and only got one word fantastic!
all the 30&50 cals come with the area were the working parts are are molded open
you get spare barrels ammo belts ammo crates tripods and transferes for the ammo crates they are very cheap as well and are as good as any resin kit out there I'm going to start using these on my tamiya kits as these just render their 50 cals to the bin :-) as all the parts that mr T mold together are individual on these.
OH yeah just made silver chicken with this post

I've had my eye on that new set. Since you say they are great, I'll have to get ahold of a set... or two. I have a couple ideas in mind for them. Thanks for the heads up.
PS: Where did you get yours? How much?

Kencelot,
I got mines in a shop called Pennine models just outside Bradford they cost
about £2.95 GBP so not much cash for what you get the shop also had in the new
M-36 Jackson as well
that looks like a nice kit box is big so looks like there will
some spares for your box too!,
I just built one last night and the detail was
outstanding there is about 6 parts per gun!

I ordered my set the other day from Greatmodels. what I'm really looking forward to are the fully perforated barrels for my 1950s IDf shermans. Now IF we can Only get an IDF weapons set with UZis with folding stocks. FNs with new forgrip and little things like a Besa Mg I'll be happy.

OK...I must be a real dope, but I can't seem to find this kit on either Squadron or Great Models. Does anyone have a kit# for this one?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Deep Sigh...
Spent $Several on the Custom Dioramics .50cal kit. It looks GREAT, seriously complex and probably over my head for a first PE/Resin kit for me. Then along comes this Academy kit that sounds great. Oh well. I'll probably opt for the Academy for my F-150 GunTruck, save the SUPER detailed Custom Dioramics for a later build.
Now- to find it a local Hobby Shop.
