Hi all!
I'm planning to build a Trumpeter T-62BDD... but I'd like make it like this:

Could You please help me with some info, how the track-armor was fitted to the turret?
T(h)ank You!

Maybe the added tracks were "tied" to the side handrails ?

I have read somewhere, ( have no clue where or when) that they welded them on the rails,...

The Bison set VDV in Afghanistan has markings for this tank's sister, turret #215 BTW.

See the thread "ID Afghan Tank Wreck" and look at the number 772 tank. I saw this one when I arrived in 2002. It was on the road leading to the famed tank graveyard but was not actually part of it. The turret has a rebar framework welded around the turret the had remnants of welds on it. I'm guessing that it originally had a similar arrangement of track armor welded to it.
