There seems to be some news kits coming our way from Trumpeter, including a British tracked AFV in braille.

The D44 will be an interesting little item - at least for those Post War/Cold War fans; I am looking forward to converting it to the self-propelled version which I understand had a small auxiliary engine, seating and steering, and known as the SD 44.

Of course, such a modification will be dependent on a resin after-market set, or decent reference material, but a SD 44 conversion will ring the changes on the show tables I suspect.

It would be nice if Trumpeter saw fit to include that option but let's not rock the boat and just be grateful for what appears to be a renaissance period for Soviet/Warsaw Pact modellers.

Well done Trumpeter.

Is there any review available about the detail, accuracy and building problems of the BTR70 APC LATE VERSION kit? Is it better than the Zvezda kit? It sure have a plus since it comes with full interior but what about the rest details?
