Tamiya's track record suggests very strongly to me, at least, that this is a re-hash of the Italeri/Revell-Germany kit with some new parts.
No need to go into the likely new and expanded retail price!

Looking at the reference number, I guess it is just the Italeri kit sold under theTamiya label. Of course, I could be wrong. Time will tell...
