I just finished building the Tamiya WWII German 75mm Pak40/L46 kit which includes three figures. I painted the figure's uniforms with Model Master enamel paints including Schwarzgrun RLM 70 and Grun RLM 72. Apparently these are both semi-gloss paints and I am having problems getting a flat finish even after hand brushing with Testor's Dullcote.
What are the preferred or correct Model Master enamel paints for WWII German uniforms, primarily soldiers of the Wehrmacht?

Hi Dwain. Thers no such thing as correct colours. You have the hole spectrum to play with, as different batches, different suppliers, etc, had different shades to start out with. Then you have the whole weathering effect from sun bleaching to darkening because of cold/wet/damp weather. Don´t get too hung up on correct colours from a bottle. Go with what feels/looks right.
I use Model Master flat cote as my matt coat, but spray it on. Its probably one of the best out there. But as with all paints, make sure you stir it reall really well. When you think you´ve stirred it enough, do it again. Then theres also the slight risk you got a bad bottle or contaminated it with gloss or meatllic colours. You should use two jars of thinner for cleaning your brush ... one for matt colours and one for gloss/metallic colours.
