Good review, James!
Regarding the broken parts, the trailer took two trips, one to me and then on to you. But as you point out, Gerold is tops on customer service.

Don't get me wrong Bill, this kit is a little beauty & the broken parts can be easily made or repaired My minor gripe is that the kit (and many other resin kits from various manufacturers) would be much more enjoyable if the packaging was given a bit more thought and care.
I should have this one completed soon and I'm looking forward to shooting some OD on it

Great build and review. I just recently bought the same kit from a different manufacturer, but aside from one sheet with a blown up picture, they do not offer any construction plans. My frustration is in the mounting of the small standing wheel at the front of the frame. Any suggestions?

Hi Frenchy, I should have said, "photos," and thanks again. I take it that the assembly does not rotate right or left, only up and down, or am I wrong?

You're welcome Marvin. In fact the assembly can rotate :
