I just got these in the mail and just quickly snapped some pics because I'm so excited about having Russian infantry in 1/48. I encourage you to contact Cosar Rex if you are interested in obtaining a set. So here we go:

There's one helmet with a crack but this is just a pre-production set. They are the same size as the Evolution figures roughly and near equal in quality in my opinion.

Here's the comparison to Evolution SS guy

Very, very exciting stuff: At last some top quality Russian infantry in 1/48th!

Can we get a link? Cosar Rex is a rather mysterious pointer..

Well I got 4 out of 5 of these guys put together with the only trouble being I think I smashed in part of a helmet and broke the end of a Machine Gun. The helmet looks like I can push it back into shape and the MG I replaced with a Tamiya end. Overall these dudes are awesome!

They look fantastic... The clothing folds are just superb.

How soon I wonder...

See track48. But it looks like in about a week. Good news! I hope they do some U.S. figures too soon

Can I order direct from the Corsa Rex Email, or do they just sell directly to retailers, and then I have to wait for these to stock up?

Cruddy light - a figure painting sin, but it's just the beginning three-tone overhead spraying to locate the light and shadows.

Gaston - try to shoot them an email
