Good day all
I bought this kit just for the engine for another project and this being my first bronco kit I was surprised how well made it is. And I see that they were used in the first gulf war, I think I will build it. I wonder where I can find decals for the first gulf war.
thanks
Jim

Hi Jim,

I think we might have the start of another IDF Dragon Wagon here...

The thread below is labeled SU-152 but as stated in the thread that was a typo. It should have said ISU-152.

Personally I doubt the acctual combat use of the ISU-152 untill further sources appear.
The picture in the other thread show a cut-up ISU-152. Perhaps this is the source of the Wiki statement? There have been photos of Shermans, M36 and a Wespe(?) in Iraq as well and my understanding is that these were museeum vehicles. Same for the ISU-152 perhaps?

I may have made a mistake, I did see that picture and it was like it was cut in 1/2 and I reall don't know of a system that would do that. Darn I was hopeing in finding a use for the kit after I stole the engine. Everyone please disreguard this thread, my mistake

Gulf War - Present, yes. Used - no. Vehicles found were either museum pieces, so to speak, or non-functional and forgotten. Did not stop the US forces from blowing some of them up. And I believe they were hauled off...ISU-152 on a M1070 HET!
