ALCON,
How many would like to see a mainstream model manufacturer/producer make current 1/35 scale IDF figures.
I am also requesting for any reference material that can be utilize by said model company to make these figures as current, accurate and true in detail as they can.
All this information will then be forwarded to the model company.
This a great opportunity for all who has an interest in finally having affordable, accurate and in scale IDF figures from a great firm.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated by all IDF scale miniature modellers.
Thank you and I look forward to hear from all of you, IDF fans.
Sincerely,
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
i would like to see some Infantry from the time of the six day war. I only know the ones from Hobby Fan, Warriors jeep crew, ADV-AZIMUT and SabingaMartin Publications tank crews. Would also very welcome if Mr. Douglas Lee would release his great Figures from his awsome Golan Heights Diorama.
So every new one would be very welcome from any manufacture.
Greetings
Stefan

HI,
Personally I would like to see modern IDF figures and equipment. Now that we have a few good Merkava models and all of legends conversions for things like the Nammer & Nagmachon etc I think the only thing missing are good figures and equipment.

Stefan and James,
Thanks for your inputs, yes I trully do agree on new figures, it has been over look by many manufacturers with exception for a few, it is overdue!
I will info the company on both your points on the need for new IDF figures to be introduce to the modelling community.
I am now trying to gather the reference info to submit to the company, the more the better...
Sincerely,
Jerry

I would love to see more modern IDF infantry and armor figures. There really aren't to many on the market now and with MENG realeasing more Isreali armor kits it would be great if someone would produce some figures.

I asked several months ago which historical figures members would like to see, as I sort of have an "in" with a few figure producers as well. No one really took the thread seriously, which is a shame because I've sort of lost interest in it now. I would love to have done a 1967 Moshe Dayan figure.
To answer your question, yeah, '67 tankers and infantry would be nice. What I really want is '67 tanker heads in 1/25. Hell, modern tanker heads in 1/25 would be nice as well.

ALCON,
I posted a poll on IDF Modeling.com and Timelinesforum.com.
If anyone is interested in IDF scale figures, please kindly vote on which scale is preferred as this will be of great help. This information will then be forwarded to the manufacturer.
Thank you all for you assistance.
Sincerely,
Jerry

Hi
I agree some 1/35 67/73 figures would be good such as a halftrack or m113 crew ie sitting standing mix, armed with uzis fals and bazooka.
Also interested in 48/49 figures but they can be made from various ww2 sets
Good luck with your project hope something comes of it.
