Hi Guys,
I'm in the final stages of the gathering process for Upgrades for the DML Kit pior to building. I want to build the "Gott mit uns" Abrams from 1-4Cav and looking at the pictures in Ralph Zwillings book, I noticed the 3 stowage boxes behind the turret bustle rack. These aren't included in the kit, are there any After Market kits, which include these boxes?
A google search brought up nothing, but I'm pretty sure I read a build log of this tank and the builder mentioned a AM-Kit which provided the boxes. Couldn't find that build log either, so I need some help now from the community
greetings,
Sven

Couldn't find a pic of those from a real vehicle, so I borrowed a pic from a fellow modeller. But don't know, where he found those boxes:

I am searching for the two boxes, which are attached to the rear turret bustle rack, to the right of the canvas roll.

Hey Guys !
Doing a 1-4 CAV M1A1 myself a the moment (besides a USMC M1 A-Stan, another one from 1-1 CAV and also one from the 1-37 AR etc. etc.) I chose an earlier period (2000 -2003) when the 1-4 CAV sported these kind of boxes:
I got mine from PSM: http://www.perfect-scale.de/Zubehoer/Boxes.html
Seeing pics from M1A2 in Korea some of their tracks have them attached as well.
For the other box type I modified that radio-box from a British Sherman Firefly kit ... the one on the rear of their turrets.
Maybe there are some AM products for the Sherman offering that kind of box ?
Cheers
Christopher

Thanks guys, not the answers I hoped for, but a good start
I Think I will try the legends set and some scratchbuilding.
