I want to eventually make a dio of a French gas station around 1940. Problem is, I can't find any good pictures of them. Tried Google with no results.
Does anybody have any decent pics of French gas stations they can share?

gas station : station service
Try also :
-pompiste 1940 ( the man who delivers the gas)
-pompe à essence
-1938 gas station:

It is just a pump front of a garage.

Hi,
Anyone notice that in all the photos the people appear to be smoking in very close proximity to the petrol pumps. Obviously no 'Health and Safety Police' in those days.
