I have found a couple of kits from Masterbox that have some wounded german soldiers. are there any sets that have dead/wounded german and American soldiers besides that brand..I have some of these already in the stash
I would think there would be a demand for some unless its against the law/rules like you can't portray anything pertaining to the holocaust at model shows

There are a few sets from Dragon and Tamiya with 'slightly wounded' POWs. If you want dead specifically you're pretty much stuck with resin. Verlinden has a good number, as well as Stalingrad, though they're very expensive.

Resi-Cast offered a number of wounded Commonwealth figures, IIRC.
A couple of guys on stretchers - one was even smoking.
There are generally no rules against depicting such subjects at most model contests. Often very "adult" subjects are prohibited or occasionally placed in special screened, adults-only areas. But unless a dio is particularly graphic or gruesome, it wouldn't be prohibited just because it had dead or wounded on it.
Usually the head judge or contest chair can rule on the spot at registration on prohibitions or exclusions and these are usually (but not always) specified in the show or contest rules.
HTH,

CMK has a couple of US OIF sets w/wounded on stretchers.

And Vietnam
)
Verlinden has a bunch of walking wounded, stretcher cases and dead for all eras and nationalities.

And Warriors.

Dragon has a couple of Vietnam US sets that have wounded in them, one is being carrried in a fireman's carry by a comrade.

Dragon also has a few German WWII Medic and wounded sets.
Trumpeter also has a modern US Soldier carrying another in their modern CH-47D crew set as well.

There are lots of wounded and dead figure sets out there. Many are in resin, but there are quite a few in plastic as well. You just need to look for them.

Thx guys
very useful info. I think I hve a couple of those "Nam figure sets buried in the stash. One can always take regular figures and reposition arms and legs to make bodies i guess. Still think someone could put out a set with 4 or so dead and it would sell

If you want something like a body covered by a corpse or a shallow-grave type look why not just use some scarp styrofoam as an extremely rough stand-in instead of using an potentially useful figure? It'll be covered by dirt or a tarp/body bag anyways....

The only issue with that is they don't usually look realistic since the clothing folds and sags are in the wrong direction; down as if standing, not down as if laying or sprawled on the ground. Those type conversions never look convincing to me.

Master Box has a couple of Germans being shot, and wounded. They even have a set of 4 Germans carrying a wounded comrad on a zeltbahn (poncho) stretcher.
