Hey guys, I was wondering if some items would be ok to put on a fantasy T-90. Upside down water-bottles on the radio antennae, coolers, Russian MRE boxes, water crates/boxes, more smoke discharges, more reactive armor. And of course a non-slip coating. I am going to try and log most of my progress. I will have a sketch posted tomorrow (thank you free period). I plan on having a tall grass area where the T-90 has smashed through a wooden fence. Maybe a tree or two and a Communist poster. I am thinking a heavy coat of mud and dirt on the T-90 in an overall green color. What colors are the view ports? And how do I go about painting those? I purchased a slew of the MiniArm resin upgrades, 2009 turret, wheels, lower hull set, and the Voyager models PE. Any tips?

Sketch completed will post a photo when home. Tomorrow I will most likely have a 3d rendering. Parts shipping soon. Any tips for working with resin?

Sounds like a great plan. Personally I love "What If?" projects. I'm working on a dio with an IT-1 in a WWIII scenario right now. I look forward to the sketch and build pics!

It should look something like this. Thanks for the encouragement guys! I'm thinking when the tank goes through the fence it pulls some down, or would it just snap the pieces of where it goes through?

It would, at the very least, move some of the boards because of the horizontal supports.

That's what I thought. Thank you! Any idea what the posts should be made out of? I was thinking balsa-wood or popsicle sticks.

I think Hobby Lobby sells sorted sizes of balsa for your posts and beams. Popsicle sticks would work for the actual boards.

I should have the rendering done by Monday-Wednesday of next week, Had to re-do the fence. Not going to render the tank only the fence and its damage.

Question. Is there such thing as a KMT-8? Or could a KMT-7 pass on a 2012(15) T-90? Any ideas as to what it could look like?

UPDATE: Everything is here except for the lower hull set from Mini Arm and the replacement turret from them. Going to build as much as I can. Unfortunately I cannot start the anti-slip until the kits arrive as I do not know what parts they replace. Ended up not getting the wheels, should I? Are there any good reference books out yet? Will post photos later

The "E" doesn't have the ERA present on the "M" model.

Ok. I want to put some reactive armor on as these are fantasy/what if tanks. Would it be possible? Thank you for your help.

Yea yea yea. Going to pick up steam soon, have most of the kits, still wating on that damn turret. Have a M1117 Guardian commision in my way first. Going to add Miniarm's T-72 Rogatka to the mess. Going to be one kick ass T-90
