Found this, and thought what turret is that on the M113?



Could make for an interesting model subject.

That's a TLAV, been done, Azimut make a conversion kit.

It is an upgraded Grizzly One Metre turret...new grenade dischargers and add-on armour.

That image was taken in early 2007 shortly after the TLAVs started arriving in Afghanistan. They were later upgraded with bar armour.

It's the Azimut sub-brand Best Value Models that used to do that model, and it was a full kit with a Revell/Italeri M113 included.
