Thanks, Frenchy, I checked the instructions in the kit and they say "M149," so I don't know if the two kits share a set of build instructions and parts or not. I'll see what I can learn from PSM.

I built the A2 trailer recently..and all I can say is your in for an enjoyable build! The casting was flawless, and instructions excellent.I wish plastic kits assembled that well! The only addition was a set of hooks from MR Modelbau,

I'm hoping for the cargo trailer for Christmas!

Nice one Bill. I like the one piece frame and the solid tank, well thought out and should be a pleasure to build. If its anything like PSM's M332 ammo trailer it should look sweet when finished

Hi all,

the M149 A2 is still in widespread service with the US Army. Each company has a 5ton truck towing an M149 A2. I build three of these beauties `til now. There are neverteless two negative points. The biggest drawback is the shape ot the faucet boxes. These are much to narrow. there size is 17mm by 9 mm by 5.5 mm.
I widened mine to 17 mm by 9 mm by 8.5 mm. The other thing lacking are the combined tie-down/lifting hooks for a current model M149 A2.
Nevertheless a very useful and versatile kit. I only hope tha one company will do a M1102 LTTH trailer soon.

I checked with PSM, and the instructions are the same for both kits to save production costs.
