Anyone have any shots of the seats and the layout of the Interior of the HEMTT Wrecker. I started on my Hobby Fan conversion yesterday and I'm lacking decent interior shots to add detail with.

Interior of an M984E1 HEMTT wrecker is no different than that of an M977 or M978 except for a toggle switch for the warning light. All the wrecker controls are at the winches and boom. I've got some interior cab photos in the M978 Tanker album and there are some walk around photos in the M984E1 album.

Just kiddin Salt6, really like the interior pics! Some really good stuf there for me to use (what does it matter that it adds another week to my build time!)
Thx,
Tread.
BTW, anyone know where I can get a 1/35th scale interior cab fan!?!

I understand the purchase price was around 150.00 USD. I'd say it was pretty steep, but then I've built the AA M114A1E1, which is smaller than an M113 and costs around 100.00. I won't even mention the Tanker HEMMT conversions (4 seperate sets!)- combined with the donor kit, that will come to around 200.00. Ever wonder why the "other half" gets pissed with our hobby?? But what a massive model the Wrecker turns into! Maybe Santa can visit my house with one of those HF specials,,,,,,, (santa, you listenin'?)

Howdy m75,
Recently I've really 'gotten into' building the HEMTT line of trucks (I am presently building two (2) seperate units using three (3) seperate kits) and have also added my scratchbuilding skills ( for what they're worth) to mix by making fairly extensive changes to the basic HEMTT itself. You mentioned several different variants of the OshKosh HEMTT in your post. Could you be so kind as to elaborate on all the different manufacturer's you know of that make AM conversions for the HEMTT? Because, if there's alternatives available out there that might make my life a little easier I should would like to know about them.
Many thx,
Tread out.
P.S. I'm presently working on converting the basic M977 HEMTT from the Italeri 10-Ton kit form, to the larger 16.5-Ton version. I am simply basing most of the scratchbuilding construction on a handful of photographs. So, anything would help!
