popis good except two things:
A) the M1114 doesn't use the AC - box you placed behind the gunners pedestal. in stead you could use the ammo box frame that's supposed to go in the trunk. Cut off.the part with the 3 rectangles and place it instead of the AC.
B) repaint the exhaust. I've never seen one that's red. sand if.they were red in some case, the metal would get discolored real fast. pick some burnt metal color.

The picture you've got is a M1151 (family). You can tell the difference by looking at the sliding hatch cover to the rear cargo space. And of course the AC...
A M1114 will (usually) not have the box installed.
As far as the paint goes, MM does almost a perfect match to the CARC paint. It's one of the 2xxx series paint, the exact number evades me now. Don't mistake it for the MM US Army/Marines sand as it's a match for the paint in the 1st Gulf war.

Hi Yiani,
some painting tips from me:
1. The fuel tank is in a white color. on real vehicles, the tank is made of translicent white plastic.
2. While the chassis is painted CARC tan, the underside is painted CARC green.
3. Engine hood is painted black on the inside, I think it`s unpainted carbon fiber.
4. As you can see from the picture, the seat are of green color, slightly lighter than the interior.

I think that the hood has no carbon fibers but is made of reinforced fibreglass. As far as the paintjob, if everything outside gets sand color, the chassis frame is either tan (painted locally usually) or semi-gloss black. I haven't seen any pics with alternating green/tan coloration. The interior is a different thing. It can go either both green inside/3 color nato outside, sand inside and outside, or green inside/sand outside. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

A good idea if you want to make a texture for the seats is to cut out an appropriate amount of thin tissue paper and glue it onto the seats using a mixture of water and PVA. You can them paint it any colour you want.

This is going to help my M998 build a lot sure it's different but basically the same as the M1114 the only difference is added on top of of the frame. This build showed me what to do and what stages to paint things in order. I am great-full for the photos you shared.
I was going to build the m1151 but it looked to overwhelming with all that extra stuff added. I wanted to see if I could do a easy small kit like the Academy M998 first before I do something this complex as something like your kit.
Its amazing how much detail you added an the weathering is just wow.Speechless.

wow thanks... i was not really expecting such a great reply but thanks haha!.. anyways i think i should have done what you are thinking about doing. I should have gone with an easier kit cause i was way over my head with this so far. And about the weathering, i was just using the tamiya weathering master. Its very easy to use
