Hi guys,
There has been a major change to my RMG dio idea. My local hobby shop said that the DML red devils were OOP. I am now going to be doing a dio with a stug IV and these figures http://www.militaryhobbies.com/custom/productzoom/dml6161.jpg
I now just need to find some markings for etheir the 9th SS or 10th SS panzer divisions.

Patrick,
i have looked at the on line shops like squadron and military hobbies and for me to get it posted down to New Zealand it costs something like $25 USD which is a bit much for a student. Also I don't have a credit card.
But thanks anyway

Hi Andy,
I don't think there were any StuG 4's around, just 3's ! But you could always proof me wrong with a picture of a StuG 4 under a Dutch roadsign (not wanting to sound mena or anything!)

Andy,
I have a set of Fingerprint Designs decals for the Stug. There is no markings for the 9th or 10th Px Divs, although there is a 2nd sheet and it may be on there! It would be set 35/018.
As for what vehicles would or would not be there, well If you take in to consideration that the German Army was in mass retreat and dissaray, and that units were being formed from anything and everything, then it may be safe to say that you could have almost any vehicle there that you want!
The only people who can prove you wrong would be those who were there. Use some artistic licence!!!

Hi Andy. Dont know what shops or mail order you have in your area, but I bought those red devils 2 weeks ago, and Im sure there was still at least one box left. They may be OOP but should be available in smaller stores maybe. Keep looking. Maybe if there is some local IPMS chapters or clubs in your area, they could help locate them.

Andy, I am only going to use the Piat team. If you are interested in the other 2 figures, you are welcomed to them. PM me your address and I will mail them to you. My gift to a student.

thats the Problem plasticbattle, We have one model club and I am one of two figure modellers and rarely shows up to the meetings. We have one model shop that is horribly over priced and its main sales are RC stuff and the closest good model shop is a long 1.5 hours away.

It would seem I owe an apology for the earlier post about accuracy of the setting. I hadn't realised there was a set rule.
I have removed my feet from my mouth
I couldn't find a link to the rules until someone posted "was it too late to join in"
I am still deciding wether or not to have a go as I do think the rules are constrictive, so I will think over the weekend.

Panzerfoto,
There has now been a change of plan I have decided not to use the stug IV.
