When the front road wheel was removed, during muddy conditions, what did they do with the wheel? I haven't seen any photos of a tiger with the extra wheel stored anywhere on the vehicle. I'm doing a very mud encased Tiger, and want to represent the vehicle as best as I can. Any help will be greatrly appreciated.

Tigers weren't the roam and pillage type of vehicle where everything needed to be kept on board (like US Shermans). They stayed close to their maintenance support. Probably kept the unused wheels in the spares truck.
Although crews were taught how to change a wheel -- if possible, they would always wait for the maintenance crews who had better equipment than what the tankers carried on their own AFVs. Thus, no perogative for Tiger crews to really carry spare wheels, for the most part.

Thanks Roy! That means two less items to worry about.
