Hey all,
I got home from work today after a 2 week hiatus and found a package waiting. In it was one of the first Commander Models M1A1 90mm Anti Aircraft gun kits in 35th scale! I've finally got something to tow behind my Hobby Boss M4 High Speed Tractor!
The kit went together rather well and is rather intuitive (Jon sent me an early pressing without instructions, but was pretty easy to figure out). There are some air bubbles, but overall the parts are nicely formed and fit well. It built up quickly and I'm going to add plumbing and wiring shortly.
I've built it in travel mode for two reasons: firstly, I wanted to tow it behind my M4 and secondly the 1:1 scale M1A1 that I'm responsible for is currently in travel mode behind my M4 and I'm in the process of wargaming out where all of my macro artifacts are going in the new facility we're about to move into. Here's what it looks like so far:

My dad served in a 90mm unit in Iceland and NW Europe. I cannot wait for this kit! They engaged FW200s, Panthers and fired as direct and indirect artillery. I have dreamed of this kit, I just wish that it had come out while he was still alive,

I realize the original post is pushing 7yrs, but this is still the only build I've seen of this kit, and really the only photos I'm come across other than the stock CM images.
Did you finish it?

What's the deal with Photobucket now hosting/posting out of focus photos?
What are they up to this time?
Did someone forget to pay their bill? (Just kidding on that one?)

I asked this in an earlier thread on this board. The answer I got was that the user now has to pay to use Photobucket. If they pay for the service, they have to go back and repost. If they don't , all pics will appear blurred.

Because I host so many photos I have always paid a small monthly bandwidth service fee. Consequently I appear to have avoided all such hassles with Photobucket.
Just lucky I guess.
