Who else than MB would pull this off? This is excellent news. Finally someone starts filling the mighty gab of missing WWI styrene. Just keep these coming, and soon the vehicles must follow.

I always suspected that somebody would seek to not miss out on the up-coming centenary of the start of WW1 and I am glad it's master box. Here's to more of the same and maybe one of the 'big' boys may follow suit.

A very welcome set indeed, and with MBs trademark imagination for mix of figures, poses and a 'story'

But pleeeeeeeaaaaaasssseeeee MB sort out your issue with tommy helmets. They look like they are wearing kids toy plastic ones they're that small

I do love me some Masterbox. Is there a figure manufacturer out there that is thinking outside of the box as consistently as they?

Fantastic. This is a brilliant set. I'd like to see a bit of variety in the Germans' headgear and I think They all look a little bit bit too cheerful

No more rat infested trenches, no more barrages, no more gas, no more disease and machine guns.

I'd be happy Pat!

And again it is MB Ltd which goes off well known tracks.
Great to see that these Ukranians do have an eye for new subjets and moments in military history.
Thanks, MB, looking forward to see your next item.

Hi folks,

Having let the initial excitement settle, a couple of things. I do hope they include the combined bayonet and shaft, one with the bayonet handle in and the other showing the scabbard empty. Also noted in the pictures are the missing curved mess tins carried on the back of the large pack.

The only other observation would be to switch the shoulder on which one of the slung rifles is carrier, creating a little more variety between the two guards.

I'll look forward to seeing seeing these on the market.

I was just looking at the photos again in light of having bought the Vickers MG team and how small the helmets are in that even for WW2 issue. I do hope they revisit the helmets and make them bigger
