The Armored LMTV was announced a few months back by Trumpeter, and now they have released the inside look.

Looks good. Might need to buy one or two of those....
Could use one for the "End of days" campaign right now.

Hmmm...
again no cargo bay canvas and the gunners hatch closed. Trumpeter wasted the potential of the kit. I would have rather seen the armored cab on the M1083, would have made it possible to build the Caiman MRAP. I have to talk a serious word with the guys from Trumpeter at the Toy Fair.

I see what you mean - the hatch is molded shut on the turret ring. I guess I could use spares from Tamiya kits until a certain aftermarket company produces it. Wait, they already do! Then all we have to do is cut out the opening.

It looks good to me. It will be asy to open the hatch and you can also switch out the cabs between the M1078 and M1083 kits. I'll be getting one.
